How can we eliminate Zero Barriers to Inclusion for our Small Businesses and customers across the bank. How can we incentive BMO clients to invest in diverse communities that matter to them?

Our Solution:
A new Zero Barriers to Entry Savings Account with a lower interest rate, where a custom portion of accrued interest is automatically donated to causes that the client cares about. We developed a mobile banking experience that allows users to open a new account and set their donation preferences with ease, offering a seamless and intuitive user experience that minimizes time and effort.
