Most recently, I was at BMO, where I worked my way up to Lead UI & Product Designer on a Data & Analytics Marketplace Product. In this role, I had the opportunity to refine my skills by building and improving design systems, leading user testing sessions, and collaborating with the product team to drive design thinking across the board.
